Harish Printing wants every customer to receive the correct order. If there is a genuine issue, please contact support as soon as possible with your order details.
1. Print Orders
Once printing has started, print orders usually cannot be cancelled because paper, ink and machine time are already used. If Harish Printing prints the wrong file, wrong quantity, wrong print type or makes a confirmed mistake, we may reprint the affected pages or refund the eligible amount.
2. Customer File or Instruction Mistakes
Refunds are not available when the issue is caused by an incorrect file, blurry image, wrong page selection, wrong quantity, wrong address, missing instruction or spelling/layout mistake inside the customer-provided file.
3. Stationery Orders
Stationery items can be replaced or refunded only if the wrong item is delivered, the item is damaged, or the item is unavailable after payment. Used or opened stationery items are not eligible for refund unless the issue was present at delivery.
4. Photo and Glossy Prints
Photo prints depend on the image quality uploaded by the customer. Low-resolution, cropped, dark or blurry images may print the same way. Refunds are available only if Harish Printing makes a confirmed printing or size mistake.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are refundable only when Harish Printing cancels the order or fails to attempt delivery. Delivery charges are not refundable for wrong address, customer not available, phone not reachable or customer-side cancellation after dispatch.
6. Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order cannot be completed by Harish Printing, the paid amount will be refunded or adjusted against a new order, based on the customer's preference. Refunds may take time depending on the payment method and bank processing.
7. Pay-on-Delivery Orders
For pay-on-delivery orders, customers should check the order at delivery. If there is a visible issue, please tell the delivery person or contact support immediately before using the order.
