Harish Printing provides document printing, photocopying, photo printing, binding, lamination, stationery and local delivery services. Service availability may depend on file quality, order size, machine availability and delivery location.
2. Customer Information
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, delivery address, library details, location details and printing instructions. Harish Printing is not responsible for delays caused by wrong or incomplete information.
3. Uploaded Files
Customers are responsible for uploading the correct file. We print according to the file and instructions submitted. Please check page order, page size, spelling, images and formatting before placing the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are estimates based on selected options such as pages, color, binding, photo print, stationery and delivery. Final price may change if the uploaded file, instructions or order requirement is different from what was selected.
5. Delivery
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to order size, binding work, traffic, weather, customer availability, incorrect address or high workload. Library delivery requires correct library name, seat number and nearby landmark.
6. Order Acceptance
Prepaid orders are accepted after payment confirmation. Pay-on-delivery orders are accepted when the shop confirms the order details. Harish Printing may reject orders that are unclear, incomplete, inappropriate, illegal or technically not printable.
7. Copyright and Legal Use
Customers must only upload files they are legally allowed to print. Harish Printing is not responsible for copyright, ownership or legal issues related to customer-provided documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
Harish Printing will try to provide accurate printing and timely delivery, but our liability is limited to correcting the order or refunding eligible charges as described in the refund policy.
